USA 800’s Fulfillment Center offers 25,000 square feet of climate-controlled storage with forklift and dock for bulk receipt and delivery. Our fulfillment center also employs a proprietary inventory control system. This optimizes inventory and reduces time required for delivery. Last year alone, USA 800 sent out over three million packages. Our fulfillment center in Kansas City is capable of managing 50,000 literature requests daily. We are comfortable with 24-hour turnaround SLA’s and if any project is too big to handle in-house, we have a trusted vendor network that we can employ, if needed.
